There are

days until LOST returns

I am a writer and freelance videographer/independent filmmaker living in north-central North Carolina. This blog is meant to be an online reflection of my thoughts and ideas on things that interest me, that I think might be worth sharing with other people. Although my writing may seem overtly political at times, I do not wish to be known as either a "conservative" or a "liberal". Sometimes I express my more spiritual side, which is that of a Christian who believes that the modern church has become too obsessed with the things of this world. I also enjoy traveling, writing, and having a good time with family and friends. And I'm really good at deep-frying turkey.

Basically I'm just a guy who's trying to be what God made him to be... and having a lot of fun along the way!

FINALLY, a LIGHTSABER of my VERY OWN!!

Last year I gave Chad and Melody - the two leads in Forcery - real lightsaber effects. But I never did that for myself, even though I've had a Jedi costume for two years now. So this past week I put on the costume and did some antics in front of the video camera. I "premiered" this tonight to my two little cousins who are visiting from Florida, and they thought it was pretty funny. So here it is, Chris "Jedi" Knight cuttin' loose with his lightsaber...

Hi Christopher. Great blog, particularly this thing about this post. I'm working on some similar projects myself. You have some good ideas but unfortunately I'm struggling to get started. I've got an interest in the new live 8 dvd set but ultimately I want to do something more personal. Anyway, keep up the good work, I'll drop by again for another visit soon. Bye.
